The bumper crop of BT0s will stabilise the market in 2 to 3 years. Prices have started bottoming out..valuation & COV will be meeting soon and maybe cov may be a thing of the past. Having said that prime areas Will get to Command that kind of price.But there is this thing called the leasehold. That would restrict the prices from balloning.
It’s upto the government to control the new flats prices but one thing I can say is that prices will keep inching upwards albeit a slower pace.
Maybe our children’s children will be paying BT0s at $1million and char Kway teow is at $100!!!
