I have agents represented in God’s own land, Kerala in India. Buying land in India, is a risk,as land deeds can be “manufactured” and sold, only to find that land belongs to someone else, or worse, the government. This whole process requires due diligence, and must be done with people you can trust.
As such I have found only a couple of people who can do this in Kerala. I will only promote land parcels or homes that have all the legal documents, verified by government gazettes and officials.
Please keep a lookout on this page for latest land sales. India land appreciates in value fast, and is a worthwhile investment, but is limited to people who are of Indian origin. Non-Resident Indians have the authority to buy land in India, as well as those who can prove that they have Indian ties.
