Daniel, or Anil to some of his friends, is a kind sociable gentle giant(that’s what his friends describe as), who is trustworthy and able to get the job done.He is focused in what he’s doing, and gets the job done. But he needs to repeat this to himself,so he gets THE JOB DONE.. 
..What motivates him is that he enjoys what he’s doing. This is seen in the pursuits of his life,and the main driving force being, his kids. The other thing that motivates him and makes him happy is to see people around him being successful
Daniel is very entrepreneurial in spirit, has been involved in coaching internet marketing skills, forex trading and now, putting his foot into real estate.
Daniel is an avid aviator and a true blue fan of planes and automobiles. He has great interest in photography,subjects include architectures,landscapes and people.
Principles that guide him is the D2R principle. D2R is the acronym for “Destined to Reign”, a book written by his pastor Joseph Prince. The book describes about your destiny on this earth, and it changed his life completely. As he applies it even in this business, the pillars that determine his character is dedication, diligence and reliability(D2R). The common thread that weaves these qualities is INTEGRITY, something that took a long time to built throughout his sales and marketing career, spanning different industries. One testament would be the good bosses he had, and the clients he won over as good friends, who have helped him carve his entrepreneurial path.
